The 3020D is used to connect one or two personal SRLs to the dorsal webbing loop. It has a unique, patent pending, mechanism that requires three distinct motions to open. In order to open the user must first pull the black outer knob, then push the inner plunger and finally pull the bail open. This makes it the safest quick connector on the market today.
